How to change from numeric style to alphabetical in bibliography and in-text
I am combining several documents with different citation styles into one document. Two of them list references in the bibliography by number, which is used for in-text citation.
Example:
In 2016, the estimated global prevalence of migraine was 14.4% with over 1.04 billion individuals affected worldwide (1).
I'm trying to change the style so that references are listed alphabetically in the bibliography (not numbered), and the in-text citation is (last name, year). I was able to successfully do this in a different document simply by changing the style under Document Preferences, but with this one, nothing happens. I don't get an error message though. Any ideas?

Combining the documents into one and then changing/refreshing the citation style, should work.
