    @Patriciagrant: First, please stop creating new threads for the same issue — you opened six different threads, which I've merged into this one.

    If you're having trouble saving, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero, and if you get to the end provide the information requested.

    Why do I have to stop creating new threads when none of them are being addressed???? It is the same ISSUE but it is still UNRESOLVED
