Zotero toolbar doesn't appear in Word Macbook M1

I've downloaded Zotero version 5.0.97-beta.40+952663de7 on my Macbook Air M1 Big Sur 11.5 and MS Word 16.51

1. I've tried the instructions of this link (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear) by reinstalling MS Word Add-in but it didn't work (the installation buttons did appear)

2. I also tried the manual steps of this instruction (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation), had the Zotero.dotm file in Word Startup folder but still no toolbar.

3. I followed the OS-specific troubleshooting ​step in my MS Word version 16.51 and the Zotero.dotm shows up under 'Global Templates and Add-ins'. However Zotero toolbar still doesn't appear T.T

Is M1 chip the problem or what have I done wrong in the installation steps? Thank you!

    No, nothing to do with the M1.

    Is Zotero.dotm checked in Global Templates and Add-ins?

    Is this an institutional computer or a personal computer?
