I am using Zotero to cite references in a document (using Word Microsoft) and this document has over 50 references. Then, I send this document to a person (i.e., reviewer) who may or may not have Zotero on his/her PC. The issue is that when I receive the document with some feedback, the references are disconnected and not refreshed, and I need to re-enter all of them again- one by one. Like when I hover the mouse over any reference across the document once I received it, no gray highlight appears, it becomes like a text. What might the issue in this case?
