Upgrade StorageShowing p. rather than pp. after serial numbers, but showing pp. when numbers between hyphen.

When imputing the number in the red bar it shows pp., but not in the footnote. Could somebody help me solve this issue?
For instance:
pp.32,45 but shows p.32,45 in the footnote
While
pp.32-45 appears correctly on the footnote pp.32-45
