Error loading styles and translators

After upgrading Zotero, an error indicated that Zotero could not load styles and translators; I also could not import references using PMID or DOI. I upgraded storage as that was indicated in an earlier error report.
I exited and reloaded Zotero multiple times, and it still is not working.

    Nothing to do with Zotero Storage (though you were at your storage quota for file syncing).

    Try resetting translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
