LANCET citation style problems

My university demands the style LANCET in the way that Citavi or Endnote show it but unfortunately the style LANCET looks completely different in ZOTERO, than it does in CITAVI oder ENDNOTE and I haven´t found a way to fix it.
Has anyone here come accross that problem and / or is able to help me fix it?

    Could you say more? Upon cursory inspection at least, Zotero's Lancet style looks exactly as that used in the journal.

    so I would need the first part of the PDF citation and the second part of the website citation to make it work

    unfortunately i can`t find a way to make it work

    That makes no sense. Zotero's citation is correct, CITAVI's is unambiguously incorrect. That's not how you cite a journal article, not in the Lancet, nor anywhere else. You can check a recent Lancet article yourself:

    I guess you can import into Zotero as a journal article, copy the pubmed URL to the URL field, and then switch the item type to webpage, but this really doesn't make any sense as citation practice.

    Ok, and if you were god himself, that would not help me but as correct as you are, the problem is, that my university does not accept my thesis unless i get it done the right way and the right way is

    if I dont submit it like this my University will not accept my paper no matter what I do or tell them.

    I have tried to show them the Lancet and that they cite it other then they say the lancet cites it

    but the head of the department does not care, because in his words

    you obviously have never read the lancet nor do you know how to cite correctly I have given you the correct way the LANCET cites and that is how you do it, here another example

    so I hope you get my problem, even it I show them, that the LANCET cites in a different way, they dont care, because the LANCET style they want is the one and only if the LANCET it self does it wrong, thats not their problem

    so please don`t take it personal, but I have reached a point, where i honestly don`t care anymore.
    I used LANCET like the Paper itself uses it but that is obviously not the right LANCET.

    So when i cite a website, I NEED it to be the way they want it!

    If you need a specific style that matches a style that your professor calls "Lancet", then you will need to adapt an existing style.
    We have the a Lancet style and it's correct. That's just something you'll need to accept.

    What university and department are you studying in actually?

    https://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/ is to find a style that is a close match and then you edit it. There is documentation and videos available to learn how to.

    Is different, though -- that's actually a website and not a journal article retrieved from pubmed, so that's a correct citation and if you input the data into Zotero correctly, it will produce the citation as above (minus the "Zuletzt abgerufen" -- obviously the Lancet wouldn't use German in its citations; it'd be "accessed").
