(PROBLEM)A specific article is jumping first- after refreshing or adding a new citation.

Hello all,

I am using Zotero while writing my thesis. Working on WORD 2019 file with Zotero plugin.

I have already added 34 citations without problem. Now when I just refresh the citations, only one specific citation is remaining(becoming 1. citation) and all of others are disappearing.

Also, without refreshing, if I try to add 35. citation, added one is becoming 2. and that problematic citation is becoming 1. again.

I could not find a similar thread to discuss.

I would be happy if anybody has a suggestion.
