Upgrade StorageMoving all files

I am aware that many people have asked about this topic before me, but I can't seem to find any answers really solving the issue.
I want to move all my PDF articles (and other files) from the standard Zotero library to my Dropbox. However, this needs to be done in a way that the files paths are updated so that Zotero will continue to work as normal.
I see many people mentioning the Zuitilo addon. I have installed this, but I can't find any information on how to use it to change the files paths.
I have now made a copy of the entire "storage" folder from the Zotero Data Directory on my Dropbox so that the relative paths will be the same.
How do I tell Zotero to change all the file paths to this new location?
