Upgrade StorageNew Feature Request: 3 states for tag selection
In the interactive UI, I'd like select tags to rotate between 3 states.
* Unselected - text just shows against background of text box.
* Green Rectangle - the tag must be on the item
* Red Rectangle - the tag must not be on the item.
Multiple tag selection would work as "anded" as it does now.

I would very much appreciate two ways of using tags:
1) a negative selection: "show items that DO NOT have this tag"
2) a perfect fit selection: show items that have ONLY this tag or these tags"
