Zotfile not automatically renaming PDFs or moving them to specified folder in cloud storage

As per title, Zotfile does not seem to be automatically renaming PDFs or moving them to cloud storage, even when using Zotero Connector. I know the limitation of dragging and dropping into Zotero, but from what I've read, it seems like Zotfile should work when using the connector.

Zotfile works when I manually click Manage Attachments >> Rename Attachments.

Anyone has any idea what is going on?

    When you say from the connector, are you saving the PDF directly from the connector (which wouldn't be expected to work with Zotfile's auto-move) or are you saving an item with Zotero automatically attaching the PDF (which should work)? Do you have an example URL you're saving from.
