Issues on google doc

I'm trying to add in citations to the google doc via Zotero, but the citation is not uploading (see attached screentshot). I downloaded the app on my mac and the plugin for google docs and google chrome.

    As I mentioned via email, you'll want to make sure that there isn't a Zotero window behind your other windows. If you're sure there isn't, restart your browser and Zotero and try again.
