Managing user list in Zotero Lab subscription

We are considering a Lab account for a small research organization. We would start with 15 users. If one user leaves the organization, can their "spot" be recycled, or would we need to purchase additional user access?

    You can replace a covered user with a different user at any time. You would not need to make any additional purchase.
