Two references on bibliography for a same article

I have got 2 identical references, "Zotero write it twice and adding a letter" :

Teyssier, A., Schmitt, J.-M., Chiriac, R., Goutaudier, C., 2016a. Contribution to the quaternary system H2O–Al3+, Ca2+//O2−, SO42−: Solid–liquid equilibria in the ternary systems Al2(SO4)3–CaSO4–H2O and Al2O3–SO3–H2O at 25 °C. • I had the exact same issue the other week and was able to solve it by changing to a different citation format in word, refreshing, then changing back. In my case the sequence was Chicago-APA-Chicago but I suppose that probably does not matter.
  • @maelle.vergnaud did changing citation styles fix this for you?

Most likely you cited two identical copies of the same item. One of them you may have deleted from your library. You will have to reinsert the citations of those items making sure you select the one existing in your library.
