Upgrade StorageSome pdfs added to Zotero doesn´t create the item that enables to fill the infos

I am a new Zotero user.
I´ve got the version 5.0.96.2 and I use with LibreOffice
For some of the pdfs I´ve added, Zotero doesn´t create the file that allows to fill the tabs "info", "notes", "tags" and "related". It adds only the pdf and doesn´t recognize to citate.

adamsmithRight-click --> create parent item and then manually add the details
