Citing a book title that is contained within a book

I am trying to cite Plato's Symposium, which is a book title and thus should be italicized and not in quotation marks. It is contained in a single-volume edition of the Complete Works of Plato, ed. John Cooper. If I use the Book item type in Zotero, I don't see a way to specify that it is contained in another volume (whose title should also be capitalized). If I use the Book Section item type in Zotero, it puts the title in quotation marks. I've faced this problem in a number of different cases, since it is not totally uncommon for a single-volume book to contain both essays and entire books within them.

You can use HTML tags <i>...</i> in the title field to manually italicize the title, if that's what you need. That won't remove the quotation marks, but that might be appropriate in this case, depending on the specific style.
