Word could not communicate with Zotero

I'm still struggling to finish installing Zotero.
I've already done the installation, synchronization, the plugin was installed, but when I try to insert a reference in the Word document, this message appears.

"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again. If this problem persists, see
https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting.

Can you help me?

Assuming you actually have Zotero open on the computer when you're getting this error, see the things suggested for that error on that page:
