Documents not uploaded after increasing storage

    I uploaded my citations from Mendeley to Zotero. All the citations are there but it maxed out my storage so the vast majority of documents did not upload. I increased my storage by paying the yearly fee, and the documents still did not upload.
    Do I have to delete and reload everything, or is there a way for it to automatically upload.
    OR, I copied and pasted the data, when doing it this way does it not upload the articles?

    It can take a minute or so for the increased storage to show up in your account. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to upload if you sync now.
