Link from Zotero to items in other apps?

Is it possible to link from Zotero notes to an item in another app (a note in Bear or Obsidian, for example)?

    If you can generate the link in the other app (which I know is possible in Bear and I think is in Obsidian) you should just be able to do this using the link function in the note, both in the old and new note editor. Is that not working? With what sort of link?

    It works, thanks! It just takes a few more clicks than in the other apps, so the first time I tried it I didn't get far enough. Yes, both Bear and Obsidian generate links.
