Hi, all my references have disappeared and Zotero just says to restart the program, which makes no difference.

Possible causes (that I can think of): running CCleaner. One effect was that my Texmaker (Latex) shortcut on my desktop also disappeared, but the program was still installed and running.

Since the error message contained the word chrome a lot, I also uninstalled the chrome broswer (I use mostly Firefox anyway), but that had no effect.

Restarted the PC and Zotero several times.

Please help.

Also please tell me what to do in a way that I can understand it, I am not very knowledgeable.
