jumping out at adding citation

every time I try to add a citation an error comes up and closes the word!

    What's the full version of Word?

    What exactly does the error say?

    Are you receiving any sort of crash report?

    It's Microsoft office professional plus 2019 Word version, and exactly the error says Zotero experienced an error updating your document!

    Are you running a 32-bit version of Word? Can you upgrade to 64-bit? If not, what is the full version number of Word (e.g. Version 2105 (Build 14026.20246))?
