Moving from ZotFile to Zotero storage + Android

I have my PDF on a Dropbox folder linked with ZotFile.

If I buy the storage, can I upload them to Zotero? If so how?

If I do so, will I be able to read and modify them on my Android with "Zoo for Zotero"?

Will the annotations I made be available back to my PC?

For converting, you can use Tools → Manage Attachments → Convert Linked Files to Stored Files.

I tried with one file and the changes I made on the tablet are reflected in the PC. Thank you very much

I guess that if I don't renew my files will stay locally on my PC.

Is there a way to backup all the library including attached PDF files?
