Zotero Google Docs integration stuck at updating document

My Zotero Chrome extension is stuck with updating my Google Docs document and whenever I refresh it, I can't add a citation. I see a nanosecond of the drop down menu to cite but ultimately can't cite.

Also having issues with the Microsoft word integration.

    If you look through open Zotero windows do you see either an updating progress bar or a citation dialog? Have you tried restarting Zotero and Chrome?

    If you have issues with Word integration create a different thread, explain in full what the issue is and provide a Report ID.
