Upgrade StorageGoogle Docs bib not generating/no citations

Hello,
I am having issues when merging two google docs that use Zotero for citations. The original google docs can run zotero, but in the merged one, i click to add bibliography and it keeps having me log in, and then says "Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"
Thoughts, please help. My links go broken/unlinked a lot in google docs as well, so that would also be nice to have fixed if possible (i don't move them in my library or anything).

dstillman Zotero TeamMost likely you're choosing the wrong Google account. You need to choose the account you used to create that document.

morri540I only have one Google account linked with my zotero documents and am logging in correctly. Thanks for the thought though!

dstillman Zotero TeamTry disabling all other extensions and restarting the browser. You can also try in a different browser. Generally this is due to logging in with the wrong account, but there've been one or two cases where refreshing the browser (e.g., clearing cookies) helped fix this.
