For some context, the going rate for commissioning a style is US$150-300, so you're basically getting a gift worth hundreds of dollars from a stranger. We feel that asking people to work through a quick list and supply the requested information to save scarce volunteer time isn't too much to ask for, but as I say above, you're also very much welcome to do this yourself and we'll help with questions (within reason) you have in that process.
