Bibliography in alphabethical order when 2 people use zotero

Hey, I'm doing my bachelor thesis in a group of four. We use zotero and just realised that the bibliography does not appear in the same list. Rather all of us have our own list that appear on top of each other in the end. So the references in each list are in alfabethical order but the whole bibliography is not...Please help, what should we do??
  • How exactly are you generating the bibliography and in which software are you writing?
If you just collaborate in a Word or Google doc with the Zotero add-on, there should really only be one bibliography and it'd sort alphabetically (or however the style in question has it sort). What you're describing would be a bug with normal usage, but I don't think anyone else has ever reported this, so I suspect something else is going on.
  • We are writing in google doc. The bibliography was generated just normally by zoom. And now somehow all the zotero-references does not end up in the same list. Or well they are in the same list but first the references from one person are sortet alpgabethically and then all the references from the next person is sorted etc
  • A Zotero document doesn’t really have the notion of which citations were added by different people. So what’s likely happening is that the citations from the first person were disconnected and no longer live updating. See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected
