Disappearing Files and error message

My library has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded.
I have been directed to increase my storage capacity from the zotero.org

    Not sure what the error/question is? The message means what it says -- if you don't want files to sync, you can disable file syncing in the Zotero preferences. If you do want them to sync, you can pay for Zotero or use one of the other options described in the documentation: https://www.zotero.org/support/sync#file_syncing

    Files should definitely not disappear though (storage limits never affect what's on your local disk), so you'd have to say more about that if it's actually happening.
