Why is "and" being replaced with a semicolon?

I have a book with a publisher called "Quality and quantity"
but Zotero is automatically changing this to "Quality; quantity" in my reference list.

Zotero must think these are two different publishers.
Is there a way to stop Zotero from changing "and" to a semi-colon?

(I'm using zotero, overleaf, and referencing in apa7)

You should be able to check the bibtex or biblatex used in Overleaf -- I'd guess that's where the problem comes from (Zotero doesn't actually create the citations in overleaf). Can you post the item in question here?

you'd have to ask overleaf then. Once the bibtex is in there, Zotero doesn't have anything to do with the actual formatting of references.

Looking at this more, you just have the item wrong in Zotero: that's a journal article in the journal Quality and quantity (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF00170145 ). It's not a book.

I suspect the BibTeX apa7 style uses semicolons between multiple publishers, which this looks like from a BibTeX perspective.
