Zotero was unable to load translators and styles.

Hi there,
Need some help to fix this message: " Zotero was unable to load translators and styles."

I have deleted the translators and styles folders but message keeps showing. I have the date directory location on SharePoint folder and didn't have a problem until now. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions? Thank you

You need to move the data directory out of SharePoint.

I will do. But do you have any recommendations to storage the data directory in another safe place than the memory of my pc? Thank you

You should of course make regular backups of your entire computer, but the Zotero data directory needs to be stored on your local hard drive for the reasons explained on the linked page.
