How to cite a live Dashboard such as the WHO Coronavirus (COVID-19) Dashboard

I am trying to figure out how to site a live dashboard (i.e., https://covid19.who.int/) or something of the sort that holds live information. I tried website, but I am not able to input a place)

    I would use Website. You can enter place in Extra like this:
    Publisher place: Washington, DC

    Note that most citation styles don’t call for a physical publisher location for website items
