    What's different now that made the error go away?

    I honestly can't say, but I suspect that it has something to do with starting over. I deleting the RIS files in the translator directory, including my failed attempts, and put your new one. I used it for four hours straight yesterday (had nearly 200 citations to cleanup for a paper I'm working on). Not one crash, it worked perfectly. Thank you VERY much for the attention and support.
