Upgrade Storagenew PDF integration

I have lost the ability to use citation in word since downloading the beta PDF integration. I don't seem to be able to revert to the old version either because it recognizes my library as needing the Beta. I have tried to uninstall and install several times.. help

when I try to do that I get " installation could not be completed because an error occurred Please ensure word is closed then restart zotero"
It just loops me in this same circle... Thank you for your quick response.
