Zotero crashes while citing in Word

    I updated my windows 10 version last night and today am having the same problem where in word I click 'add/edit citation' and can type in the author's name to find the reference in zotero. It looks like it is working (loading) after selecting article I want to cite....then zotero suddenly closes.

    NB I have since restored to previous version of windows but no improvement

    Can you provide a Report ID to start? What exact version of Word?

    Does this happen in a new, empty document?

    How long until Zotero closes?

    If you look in Task Manager while this is happening, does Zotero's RAM usage grow?

    I managed to get it working again by synching my desktop version with my online zotero account, then uninstalling the programme and reinstalling.
