Upgrade StorageNon-responsive Word plug-in
Dear all,
I have some problems with the zotero word plug-in. After installing the word plug-in the bar in word pops up, but whenever I click on any button nothing happens (not even an error message). I actually tried the download mendeley to see if that works, but even there the buttons are non-responsive.
I already tried the steps of the troubleshooting guide, but still can't get it to work.
Does anyone else know what the problem can be? Zotero is the most updated version and I'm using Wordt Professional Plus 2016. It is my work laptop, but I'm my own admin. I already checked in Word and gave permission to trust VBA Macros (not sure if this is related, actually). In the add-in options of word I see both Zotero and Mendeley linked as template.

Like I said, I already checked that page and followed those steps. Unfortanetely, it didn't solve anything
