Translator for Institute of Physics (IOP) failing

Trying to get publications from IOP journals (J Phys B, Nuclear Fusion), the zotero pop-up just shows the selector for the collection, stays a while and then vanishes again without downloading any data.
Other journals/translators work as expected.
Tested with Firefox 60.5.2 (Windows) and 87.0 (Linux) with the exact same outcome.

The error log in the add-on settings says
[JavaScript Error: "Frame not found, or missing host permission" {file: "undefined"}]
I submitted a report with ID 1142045583.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sure, I am trying e.g.
https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0029-5515/50/2/025012
and get the same results (i.e.: no transfer) for
https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0029-5515/50/2/025012/meta

Hovering over the add-on's icon, it knows that it should use the IOP translator in both cases.

I think that's broken on their end: if you click on the "Bibtex" link at the bottom, download the .bib file and open it with a text editor, you'll see (or at least I do) a notion from Crossref that they have blocked the IP -- I'm pretty sure that's not your or my IP -- we're not actually making any requests to CrossRef, but rather something that went wrong on IOP's site. Try reporting to them. Don't mention Zotero, just refer to the bibtex download, which will be more understandable to them.

Oh, ok. Thank you very much for that hint - it's actually the same for me, although I definitely have access to the publication.
