Unable to add citations in MS Word (v 2101, build 13628.20528), OS Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (OS Build 18363.1440). Document is saved on OneDrive.
Clicking Add/Edit Citation produces the following error: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"

The error does not occur when the document is saved locally (not on OneDrive).
Is there a solution for this error?

adamsmithWe've seen this with spaces in the filename or filepath -- could you try without?
