Upgrade StorageZotero crashes after using in Word on MacOS
I am unable to get a report id since Zotero crashes immediately after use.

To reproduce the error, all I do is click on any of the options for Zotero in Word (like add/edit citation, refresh, etc.). This started happening after I used Zotero for Google Docs for the first time. I do have the MacOS Problem Support, which is extremely long. It says that thread 0 crashed and has

What's the full, exact version of Word?
If you go to the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences and reinstall the Word plugin, and then restart Word, does that make any difference?
