Upgrade Storage"Zotero experienced an error updating your document"
I get this message when attempting to add a citation in Word (16.47) using Zotero (5.0.96.1) in a Mac running OS 11.2.3 (Big Sur) equipped with the M1 chip. I've tried re-installing the Word integrator for Mac, updating Zotero, restarting Zotero, and restarting Word. I don't believe there is a corrupted citation since the message appears immediately when click on "Add Citation" and doesn't allow me to choose a citation. It directs me to a troubleshooting guide, but none of the fixes work. The debug code listed is: D724895575. Any ideas??

dstillman Zotero Teamedited April 17, 2021@PatriciaSinclair: Can you confirm that you're still getting this with Zotero 5.0.96.2? Can you provide another Debug ID with that for a completely new, empty document?
