    Did you make a backup of your computer before resetting it? You should absolutely always do so, no matter whether you're using cloud services.

    It looks like you have data in your online library, so you can just sync to pull down all the data that was there, but you were at your file storage quota, so some files won't be online. To restore your entire library, you would need to restore from a backup.
