Installation issue

I have downloaded Zotero on my Mac, at the beginning it seemed to work fine but now I can't open it anymore. Can Someone help me?
The error message says: Zotero was starting from a disk image, which can break some functionality.
Can you help me?

    I did what the message said, I delete and download it again but the issue persists.

    Have you dragged the Zotero icon from the download folder to your Applications folder? That is what the message is telling you to do (and the standard way to install applications on Mac). You never want to directly run applications from your downloads folder, desktop, etc.

    yes I did, i have dragged the Zotero icon into the folder but still doesn't work.

    You need to actually launch Zotero from Applications after doing that, not from the disk image. You should unmount the disk image and delete the .dmg.
