The mac version cannot automatically generate a document list！

    You'd have to say more. What exactly are you trying and what is happening?

    We'd also want a Report ID.

    I use the latest version of word and zotero on my mac(bigsur).
    After inserting a lot of citations, I am going to generate a reference list at the end of the paper. When I clicked the second button "Add/Edit Bibliography", the system prompts me that something went wrong, and asked me to find the reason according to the website's guidelines. There is no report id.
    In short, zotero cannot automatically generate bibliographies list, but it can insert bibliographies by dragging from zotero to word.
