Upgrade Storage"Le fichier sélectionné n'est pas dans un format supporté"

When extracting my report from Covidence into a RIS file and trying to import it in Zotero, I get this error message "Le fichier sélectionné n'est pas dans un format supporté".
Also, my Zotero can not extract metadata from PDF.
Could you help me?
