"Le fichier sélectionné n'est pas dans un format supporté"

Hello !

When extracting my report from Covidence into a RIS file and trying to import it in Zotero, I get this error message "Le fichier sélectionné n'est pas dans un format supporté".

Also, my Zotero can not extract metadata from PDF.

Could you help me?

    Open the RIS file in a text editor and copy the first ~10 lines here so we can take a look.

    What type of PDF are you looking at: Zotero principally works for academic articles
