Run-time error '53' in Word

    I am trying to switch to Zotero from Endnotes. I copied the references from Endnote and have input them into Zotero, but when I try to modify the citations for a different style, I get this message:
    In a window with the heading "visual Basic for Applications
    Run-time error '53':
    File not found: user 32
    I am unclear what this means and how to resolve this issue

    As with the thread you posted to, this looks like a problem with Word, and likely specifically something you have installed in Word, not with Zotero.

    If you still have the EndNote template installed in Word, it may help to remove that, as well as any other third-party templates you're not using.
