Hi, I can't import my documents to the RIS format

Hi, I can't import my documents to the RIS format from Zotero
Before i was able to do it, but now i cant.

How can i fix that?

    Not clear what you mean here. Can you say exactly what you're trying and what's happening? We'd also want a Report ID.

    Sorry English is not my first language, but i´ll try to explain.

    When I want to export an element from my zotero library, in to a RIS format im not able to do it, i mean that the proces to create the ris document isnt complete correctly.
    And i now this because when i open MAXQDA program and try to import the Ris document that zotero created it wont aloud me, it seems that the file is damaged.
    I uninstalled zoter from my lap top, and installed it again but nothing changed.
    Iwas able to do it before but not anymore.

    So, thats the problem

    That might just as well (and honestly more likely) be a MaxQDA error.
    Can you open the exported RIS file with a text editor (notepad, TextEdit) and copy the first 20-30 lines here?

    yup -- that's perfectly good looking. You'd have to ask MAXQDA what's wrong with import
