Syncing not working (storage and Computer B)

Hi,

I'm trying to sync my files to both online zotero storage, and from there to a second computer running Zotero. But I get 'error LibraryID 1 does not exist.'

Also, when I click a 'pdf' in storage in the online Web Library, it does not open at all. Attachments files are also not available on the secondary computer. I have upgraded storage to 6GB, and am well within that limit.

    On which computer are you getting that sync error—the original computer with the file or the other one?

    @Eduoard: Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error?

    After that, if you haven't yet, try just restarting Zotero, which might fix this. But please provide a Debug ID first.
