zotero connector does not save my references

Hello, I am wondering how I can fix this massive problem of being unable to save most of the references I download (be it books or pdf articles ) to Zotero. I would click on the link above without anything really happening. Will you help please!

Thanks for responding earlier, however, the problem is persisting. Now Zotero shows a message when I try to save documents: unable to connect to the application, and another dialog box says "127.0.0.1" does not allow the connection.

If it's saying it can't connect to Zotero, see Connection Error.

Can you take a screenshot of this, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?

hello, I still have the same problem but the dialog box hasn't appeared again. I left the laptop at a repair shop because I didn't know how to access the proxy thing; they upgraded Microsoft word to 2019 version and that hasn't fixed the problem.

But I'm not clear on what the issue is that you're currently experiencing. Can you explain? We'd also want a Report ID from the Zotero Connector.
