File Sync Error

Hello,

I am reporting a file sync error with Report ID: 1066871097
I have tried restarting my computer and Zotero several times but it will not go away. I am worried that if anything were to happen to my computer, I could loose valuable work (files, notes, annotations). Any help is appreciated.

  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this?

    Hi @dstillman - thanks for attention to this. I am not sure where to find the debug ID, but I have copied below the entire error report. I am thinking that the psync may be related to some files that are particularly heavy, but I am not sure how to locate and delete them if this is the case. Any help is appreciated.

    It should be telling you if you click on the sync error icon:
    Files above 4 GB are not currently supported
    You can paste LWL3AKIY into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to find the attachment in question.
