My bibliography

I want to format my computer and I would like to know if Zotero saves your bibliography and can it be recovered.

    Information on backing up and restoring the Zotero data directory is here:

    But note that you shouldn't format your computer without a complete backup of your computer. There shouldn't be any need to back up individual programs.

    If you're using Zotero syncing and all your data and files are in your online library, you can also simply restore your data by syncing, the same as you would on any new computer. But when you have the option, we do recommend restoring from a proper backup instead.
