style for Quarterly Journal of Economics

i can't find a style for QJE. has someone here ever created one that is shareable? or is there another journal style to use that is the same? thanks!

It's a rather odd style, combining elements from different Chicago Manual formats, I don't think we have anything like it. See

thanks. yeah from what i can tell, it is close to (or exactly, maybe) a combo of Chicago 17th edition (author-date) for the in-text citation, and Chicago 17th edition (full note) for the bibliography. i'm a newbie to creating styles, is there an easy way to combine two styles in exactly that way? thanks!!
